LEADING OTHERS
Stepping into leadership is one of the most significant—and challenging—career transitions.
First-Time Leader Development Program
A structured, cohort-based experience designed to support new leaders as they transition into leadership
roles.
This program is intentionally phased over time—giving participants the opportunity to
learn, apply,
reflect, and return with real experiences from their day-to-day work. It focuses on the real challenges
leaders face, including building credibility, holding teams accountable, giving feedback, and leading
through change.
Core sessions in the program include:
- Transitioning into Leadership
- Leading with Emotional Intelligence
- Building Accountability in Teams
- Giving Feedback that Builds Trust
- Leading Through Change
Participants don’t just attend sessions—they become part of a learning community, connecting with
leaders across organizations and industries, sharing challenges, and building confidence together.
Leaders leave with practical tools, stronger self-awareness, and the confidence to lead with clarity and
intention.
Coaching-Based Leadership Program
This program helps leaders shift from directing and problem-solving to
coaching and developing their
teams.
Delivered as a multi-session learning journey, the program is designed to allow leaders to
practice
coaching behaviours in real time, reflect on their experiences, and build capability over time — not
just understand concepts.
Core areas of focus include:
- Building Trust and Psychological Safety
- Coaching Conversations and Powerful Questioning
- Listening and Emotional Regulation
- Driving Accountability Through Coaching
- Giving Feedback as a Development Tool
Participants learn how to build trust, ask better questions, listen deeply, and create accountability
through conversation. Along the way, they engage with peers from different teams and industries,
creating space for shared learning and perspective.
The result is a leadership style that builds ownership, strengthens relationships, and develops capability
in others—not just drives outcomes.
