Jincy George has spent 18 years in learning and development, the last seven as an independent consultant and coach. She began her career at Infosys BPM, building and supporting training teams across India and China, before moving to Quest Global Engineering Services, an organization of over 21,000 employees, where she built out the behavioural training function in India and the United States. She then led talent development and leadership recruitment at London Health Sciences Centre, followed by a period with a London-based consulting firm. She founded Red Rabbit Learning Services Inc. in early 2021 to bring that expertise to clients on her own terms. Jincy is an ICF-credentialed Leadership, Engagement and Development Coach and a certified Hogan Assessment practitioner. She works with C-suite leaders, management teams, and first-time supervisors across not-for-profit, developmental services, healthcare, policing, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, and retail — including the Canadian Helen Keller Centre, DeafBlind Ontario Services, London Police Service, Genome Canada, Let's Talk Science, and Quest Global, an organization she later returned to as a consulting partner. Having lived and worked across India, China, the United States, and Canada, she brings a cultural fluency that shapes how she designs and facilitates. She is known for reading a room quickly, meeting leaders where they are, and asking the uncomfortable question — with enough empathy that people are willing to answer it. Her programs are rooted in behavioural and neurological science, and built on a simple conviction: one-and-done workshops do not change behaviour. Spaced repetition, peer learning, and practical application do.
