Red Rabbit executive leadership cohort session

First-Time Leader Development Program

Cohort · Flagship Track

Stepping into leadership is one of the most significant — and challenging — career transitions.

The First-Time Leader Development Program is a structured, cohort-based experience designed to support new leaders as they make that transition. The program is intentionally phased over time, giving participants the opportunity to learn, apply, reflect, and return with real experiences from their day-to-day work. It focuses on the real challenges leaders face, including building credibility, holding teams accountable, giving feedback, and leading through change.
